Kerry Washington – Causes Wave With Fashion During Trip To Spain
Kerry Washington is woman who can represent many faces in fashion. She can go from casual/cool, to chic, to classic in a switch. I recently found a great photo of Kerry in San Sebastian, Spain.There to promote her movie, “Mother and Child”, Kerry wore a dynamic outfit. What stands out about this outfit is the classic, refined, and stunning look it gave.
To start, the first thing that hits you about Kerry’s outfit is her blouse. It has a sheer, ruffled top in noir, or black, with a nude sorbet layer underneath. Kerry’s top is unique and different. I think the ruffles added to it give it a dramatic look. The blouse that Kerry is wearing is from the designer Malandrino ( Fall collection 2009). Added to the top, complimenting it, is a straight, black skirt.

The singer recently opened up to YOU Magazine about her future endeavors, her alter ego, baby rumors, and her everyday challenges.
“I don’t need Sasha so much any more because these days I know who I am. It takes time to figure out who you are and I am still discovering different things about myself – as I am exposed to different experiences I think, ‘Oh, I like this, I didn’t know I liked this.’ That’s the journey of life that is so exciting. More and more I know who I am, I know what I like, I know what I want and that makes me feel so free. I don’t need to hide any more,” she says.

Mary Mary- Gospel Duo Having Fun With Fashion
Gospel duo Mary Mary, also known as sisters Erica Atkins- Campbell and Tina Atkins-Campbell, have been making spiritual, uplifting, and fun inspirational music since 2000. Erica and Tina have wowed audiences young and old with songs such as “Shackles” ( Praise You), “ Yesterday,” “Thank You,” and “Get Up.” Their rich voices and unbelievable harmonies together have made for classic, unforgettable songs. Just as in their interpretation and creative expression in Gospel, Erica and Tina have created this same aura with fashion. Fun, energetic, and classy would describe these sisters fashion wise.
Erica and Tina definitely represent the young women of today. They can be seen in photos wearing different casual yet chic outfits, sporting bright colors, and wearing nice jean outfits. The sisters also are not afraid to model fashion t-shirts, which can always add some life to an outfit. I love that Erica and Tina represent the young future of Gospel.

The Mascara Challenge! – Kelly M. Cantu
I’ve worn the same mascara for years, Yves Saint Laurent Mascara Volume Effect Faux Cils Luxurious Mascara. It runs $30 at www.Sephora.com. I wore Dior DiorShow (which runs $24 at Sephora) for awhile but YSL seemed to give my lashes even more POP or SHOW, and didn’t irritate them the same was the Dior mascara seemed to.
With the economy the way that it is, we are all making our own cutbacks here and there. So I decided mine would be my incredibly expensive overpriced makeup! That’s when I decided to put my lashes to my own mascara challenge.
With all of the mascara that is currently out there, this became a much more difficult task than I thought it would be. I mean is it me or have you noticed the abundance of mascara commercials that are on television? So, I decided to go with the two commercials I see the most of, and the one mascara that ALWAYS seems to make the best of Allure’s list.

Kerry Washington – Actress making Bold Moves and Turns in Fashion
Actress Kerry Washington is a gifted woman who has been charming and wowing audiences with her acting skills, ranging from dramatic parts such as her role in “Ray,” to funny as in the comedy “I Think I Love My Wife.” Not only has Kerry been a face to watch in Hollywood, but she has also been lighting it up in the fashion world. What makes Kerry stand out in fashion? I would say it is her versatility, boldness, and charm.
Kerry is a woman who definitely has shown much versatility in fashion. She can go from a classic look, representing the socialite/businesswoman, to sporting dazzling and surprising fashions. Kerry knows how to put the feeling of the occasion into her outfits. For example, at the 2nd Annual Essence Magazine Black Women in Hollywood Luncheon, Kerry had on a great black dress highlighted with a gold belt. These colors brought out the classic and refined nature of this event.
