On a recent article published on reuters.com it stated that; Over a decade, the number of Hispanic-owned companies in New York state rose 85 percent to a total of 193,200. With the hard-working effort of young students, entrepreneurs, leaders and the determination of an eager community to make positive changes- it’s very easy to see why Latinos are rising more successfully than any other time in history.

Label Girl Hype Announces New CEO – Liliana Leon
The ambitious 24-year-old from Orange County, California was promoted earlier today as the new CEO for Label Girl Hype. The once new New Yorker who shifted her Cali life and moved to New York only a year ago has now become an inspiring Architect Student, a Professional Model for new clothing lines and promo work, a Writer for fashion and beauty websites, a Celebrity Personal Assistant to Celebrity Hair Stylist Kimmi Hendrix, and Founder and CEO of her own company- Million Dollar Girl- Celebrity P.A, LLC. Color My World: Pre-Fall 2011
I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted, but I have a good excuse. Last year was a whirlwind, full of so many ups and downs I couldn’t concentrate on what I really loved. But I am back and here to stay. I’ve saved you the trouble of hearing me rant over bad collections, by choosing the ones I thought were just absolutely, ridiculously beautiful. This season designers focused on using color to enhance the somewhat normal, dull color palette of fall.

Balenciaga
The most exciting collection this season was Nicolas Ghesquière’s mouthwatering use of color for Balenciaga. I was completely taken aback by the bright patterns, and wonderful mix of prints. If you are looking to spice up your wardrobe, this collection offers some simple tips on how to do that.
